How Bets Work at Elabet

When you place a bet at Elabet, it becomes valid once accepted by our servers and you receive a unique transaction code. If your account lacks sufficient funds, the bet won't be accepted. You can view your bet status in your account history. In the event of a dispute, our transaction logs are the final reference.

• Place bets on eligible events by selecting a market and entering your stake.
• Bets require available balance; failed bets are clearly indicated.
• Each valid bet gets a distinct transaction code for tracking.

Live Betting and Event Timelines

Elabet offers in-play betting on selected markets. Live bets are settled based on official results or, when needed, independent evidence. If an event is abandoned or suspended, bets on determined markets stand while unsettled markets may be void. The original start time of the event is treated as the 'off' time for settlement.

• In-play bets have action only if the event continues without material advantage gained after placement.
• Where data is unavailable or inconsistent, we may use independent evidence to settle bets.
• Dead heats are resolved by proportionally allocating winnings according to the number of winning places.

Cash Out and Bet Management

The Cash Out feature gives you control to settle bets early, either fully or partially. Availability depends on the market; look for the cash-out logo on eligible bets. To cash out, click Cash Out in your open bets. You can adjust a partial cash out with a slider and confirm your choice. Note that cash out may not be available if the market moves, suspends, or for some offers.

• Partial cash out allows you to fix part of your stake while the rest remains unsettled.
• Free bets are not eligible for Cash Out.
• Cash Out results settle immediately when successful; the final market result does not affect the cash out amount.

Settlement Rules and Integrity

All bets are settled using official statistics where available. If official data is missing or challenged, we may rely on independent evidence or our own statistics. If an event’s integrity is questioned (e.g., match fixing), we reserve the right to suspend markets or void bets. Dead heats are settled by dividing winnings according to places.

• Obvious errors in odds or terms may void a bet if the error is material.
